RETURNS
Returns can only be accepted by prior arrangement and maybe subject to a handling and restocking charge.

The company will guarantee the goods to the extent of any guarantee it receives from manufacturers or specific guarantees given on products manufactured by the company.
The company accepts liability for any goods sent for repair only while they are on the Company's premises or in transit under the Company's control. The company accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage to property which is attributed to the failure of the goods supplied (whether or not the Company is the manufacturer of the goods) whether due to accident, abuse, incorrect technical assessment by the Company or its representitives or for any other reason whatsoever.
