Industrial Magnetic Water Conditioner
(No power source required)
Price: £296.17
Description The MWC5 consists of two modules which can be bolted together. They cater for pipe diameters from 20mm up to a maximum of 59mm OD (bolted), 80mm OD (unbolted).
Each module contains 8 Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnets. The magnets are set in pairs of alternating polarity. The use of two modules ensures that the magnetism is able to penetrate to the centre of the water pipe, or fuel line and treat all the passing liquid.
Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) is used because it is the strongest magnetic material available, capable of lifting approximately 1000 times its own weight by magnetism alone.
Furthermore NdFeB magnets are virtually "permanent" as NdFeB loses as little as 2% if its magnetic strength in the first 20 years after being magnetised therefore it does not lose any (unless exposed to temperatures greater than 80 degrees C. NdFeb magnets start to demagnetise at this temperature and demagnetisation is total at 120 degrees C).

DIMENSIONS
Length 150mm Width 85mm Depth - minimum of 80mm, maximum of 140mm.
Actual depth is dependent on the diameter of the pipe on which the MWC5 is fitted. This varies from the minimum depth of 80mm (up to 20mm diameter pipe) through to 140mm when fitted onto an 80mm diameter pipe.
MAGNETIC FORCE
1200mTesla
FEATURES
Simple to fit. No special tools or skills required. No cutting of pipes. No power source required. No maintenance required. No waste or emissions generated. Fits in seconds - Lasts a lifetime.
OTHER PRODUCTS are available for 6mm to 600mm diameter pipes covering the whole spectrum of uses from domestic dwellings through to the largest commercial and industrial users and processes.
We also supply similar products for the treatment of fuel oils (Petrol, Diesel, Paraffin etc.) and gases used in engines and heating apparatus.
These fuel treatment products lead to improved combustion efficiency, reducing fuel costs and lowering the levels of harmful emissions.
Electronic Water Conditioners (using magnetic water treatment) are not salt based water softeners, but effectively alter the formation of calcium carbonate crystals (limescale), so that they remain in suspension in small particles and do not form hard crystalline deposits (hard water scale) inside pipes, boilers and domestic appliances.
