I am positively thrilled with what is happening. As you know, we have well water with all kinds of exotic minerals, I imagine, and they were depositing brown, red, blue, etc., stains on our white sinks, shower stalls and commodes. Well, I want to Tell you, in the past two months, the stains have literally disappeared, without any labor from me. Just wanted to let you know I received all four of your products in time to distribute them to my family at the thanksgiving holiday, I must tell you we were all very surprised. My parents who live 'under the bridge' in Northern Michigan were eager to get home and attach it to their pipes. They have told us that they have seen a remarkable difference in the amount of white powder left around their sinks and the glassware is cleaner.

My sister tells me there is no change from her salt conditioner to your Water Imp, which is an excellent sign. She has the same results without the salt intake and ground contamination.

For ourselves, we noticed that the chrome faucets and plungers are not corroded, the dishwasher uses less detergent and produces sparkling glasses and our dog's water bowl no longer has a crust that has to be scrubbed daily from the waterline. The shower stalls no longer have visible water marks and a dull finish. They now look so clean and shining. We are quite pleased!

To cut a long story short, we are now at the end of the six month money back period, and I am not going to ask for my money back. We tried two tests. The second tests was to turn the Water Elf off and look for changes. This test was abandoned within a fortnight because the bath, sink and basin were becoming too much of nuisance to clean - it was at that point that I decided not to ask for my money back! Friends and family have been watching my trials with interest, so I would be grateful if you would send me one more brochure and three order forms for distribution.

The two standard house Imps are working very well, as I expected they would. The commercial Imp also appears to work very well, for instance the limescale build up on the outside of the parlour milk pipes has gone. The immersion heater in the parlour was recently replaced (after three years use) and we found it clean and free of scale. The inside of the water heater was also clean, and there was a small deposit of loose limescale at the bottom of the tank.
